About the Musicians
Noelle Beaudin, Pianist
Noelle Beaudin studied at The Boston Conservatory of Music with Alfred Lee and Alicia Farmer. She has been teaching and performing in the New England area since moving back from France in early 2001. In the USA, she has been the featured pianist at the Walker Lecture series at the Concord Auditorium, and performed at the Mount Washington Hotel, the Mountainview Grand, Searles Castle, Castle in the Clouds, Copley Place Boston, and various other fine performance spaces and private residences in and around the New England area. She is also a pianist in the Cape Breton style, as well as pianist for Classical and Celtic music for violin and piano duo performances. She is currently the Music Director for the Unitarian Universalist Society of Laconia and teaches from her home studio in Sandwich, NH. She has been the piano teacher for New Hampton School, The Tilton School, and the Sant Bani School, as well as the Music Teacher for the Sant Bani School and the Sandwich Children's Center.
Audrey Budington, Fiddle
Winner of fiddle contests and recipient of Berklee College of Music’s prestigious Presidential Scholarship (full tuition, room and board for all four years), Audrey Budington has played violin since she was four. Classically trained, her true loves are Celtic fiddle, American Roots, and improvisational world music. She also plays piano and sings and is known for her creative compositions on fiddle and piano. Audrey has played in album sessions and was selected by Grammy award-winning arranger and record producer Rob Lewis to play in a house band for the new TV show pilot presentation “Legendary.” She has performed with renowned pianist, Tigran Hamasyan, opened for Black Violin, provided original live music for ballets, performed for two NH Governors, played for the NH Council on the Arts, represented the State of NH at The Big E in West Springfield, MA, entertained on The Gundalow in Portsmouth, NH, and at fairs. In reference to Audrey then age 13, Natalie MacMaster said, "She is very talented, and she has her own sound already. That's not something many musicians have at her age." Audrey has a magnetic and endearing stage presence.
Aniko Geldaze, Violinist
Aniko Geladze is a Concertmaster and Soloist from Russia. She has collaborated with major orchestras and musicians from many parts of the world, including Russia, Europe, and Asia. Aniko studied at Royal College of Music ( London) and participated in yearly concert tours in Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. She is better known as the soloist for VSSO recordings, including "The Song of Triumphant Love" by M. Nosyrev, the video CD "Roman and the Voronezh State Philharmonic Orchestra - Live in Concert '99', and "Opera Highlights" produced by Chi Mei Fine Art Ltd. Aniko has led quartets, and participated in the Chamber Orchestra "Camara Rusa", and served under the direction of Mstislav Rostropovich, Vladimir Verbitsky, Mak Ka Lok, and Alexander Walker Currently member of the Nashua Chamber Orchestra, and The Portsmouth Symphony. Performing with the University of New Hampshire Music Department, Portsmouth Pro Musica, and The New Hampshire Philharmonic.
The Tom Robinson Jazz Trio
The Tom Robinson trio performs a wide range of repertoire from Jazz and Popular Standards, Latin, and contemporary Pop music, in a jazz piano trio format. They have been performing throughout New England for the past several years. The trio has been featured in concerts at the Capitol Center for the Arts, Paul Creative Arts Center, the Silver Center for the Arts, the Mountaintop Music Center and the Concord Community Music School. The trio's recording, "Skylight" features original music.
